The Wailing Blade is a comic that is about the fight to control a special blade. It is a brutal, bloody, dark future, sci-fi, fantasy, action comic book. The comic is a high octane fantasy acdenture. Once we ruled an empire that ruled the galaxy. We are now reduced to feudal tribes that function under warlords that are scraping for scraps. The biggest and baddest piece of technology to survive is the wailing blade.  When the main character’s father is sentenced to death at the hands of the legendary Headtaker, bandit prince Tycoon must find a way to save him or fall to the wailing blade himself.

People who will love The Wailing Blade are generally collectors of high quality modern independent comic books from a world-class team of up and comers and industry veterans. If you like comic books with tons of action and over the op weaponry then you will love this comic book. The visuals are mind blowing.

The set includes The Wailing Blade a 32 page comic in standard American comic size printed on high quality paper. The creator of the wailing blade is an award-winning copywriter, and the creator of the index independent comic series, Gutter Magic. He has worked on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Universe comics for IDW, and has published short stories in the New York Times-featured All We Ever Wanted anthology, for A Wave Blue World, as well as anthologies for Comixtribe and Red Stylo press. Additonally, he is a moderator of the Comics Experience Creator's Workshop, where he strives to help newer creators learn how to create their own comics and navigate the industry.  Other contributors to the comic book were Christopher Sotomayor who has worked for DC comics, and Taylor Esopsito who worked with Marvel.
